The Palms beach resort is shaped through
buildings with few apartments (1 or 2
per floor) with the aim of having a lot
of ventilation and natural lighting and
reinforcing the “island resort” feel. The
buildings are surrounded by large gardens,
paths carefully designed to make you feel
peace and tranquility, large terraces, grand
social spaces, sports and activities in open
spaces, a true connection with nature, the
beach and the sea.
The Architecture that we propose is
clean and warm, with horizontal lines by
arranging the volumes of the buildings
with rhythms of facades of every 2 floors
and thus creating a sense of stability and
balance in the project.

The marina’s wet slips accommodate
vessels ranging from 40 to 200 feet (12 to
60 meters) in length which is well protected
by the two surrounding islands.
Boaters can also benefit from our dry storage
service accessed using our drive-on boat lift
system to house vessels measuring between
20 and 40 feet (6 to 12 meters).
